NYPD & Law Enforcement Disqualification Appeals

I provide disqualification consultation and appeal services for law enforcement, police, and public safety pre-employment suitability disqualifications.

I am currently accepting appeal cases for NYPD Notice of Proposed Disqualification (NOPD) and Notice of Disqualification (NOD) appeals. As the former NYPD Deputy Director of Psychological Assessment and Psychological Assessment Appeals, I have expert knowledge in pre-employment suitability evaluations and psychological disqualification appeals. 

My model involves requesting and reviewing the agency’s disqualification materials and providing you with honest feedback about your case. If I think your appeal has merit, I will perform an independent psychological evaluation and submit an appeal report on your behalf. If I do not think your appeal will be successful, I will provide you with feedback about why that is and what your options are.
